Had a 4:30 appt. was taken into exam rom at 5:20, at 5:45 I opened door and asked if I was going to see the vet. At 6:10 I left without seeing the vet. They did not apologize or ask if I. Wanted to reschecule or say the vet was I sirs ecru. My dog and I just waited. Poor service, not very clean, sat I lawn chairs
