returned an empty carrier to me with feces in it, previously time brought out my pet in carrier with a large puddle of urine in the tip rim of the carrier above the door?! while inside the towels inside the carrier wee saturated with urine, makes you wonder about the sanitary conditions in the back. why didn't anybody notice it?
