well, i had my nose up in the air seeing that the office was in a strip mall. but i entered and the office/vet assistant was very friendly and directed me to coffee or tea. was not made lol. dr.rosen was very plesent and presented very good'bed side manner' with omar our pet..she called him 'chicken legs'.i was very pleased and omar is 100 percent better..kinda wish she was closer to downtown southington but..cant have everything. i would recomment the dermatology center.
