I believe Shelly is talking about the Russellville Animal Shelter, which I can't really deny. They get practically no funding and they're expected to deal with all of the strays that we have due to people in our area not altering their animals. The Arkansas Animal Care Clinic, a completely separate location and entity is amazing. They are wonderful with animals and extremely knowledgeable. I trust them 100% with my pets.
