Char is an amazing lady. Her empathy and understanding of animals, both small (like my cats and sheltie) and large (like my llamas), make visiting the vet a great experience.

Charlene was nice and friendly. She explained everything, was very helpful and did not mind it was late in the evening. Unfortunately later our horse passed as she had a condition we were not aware of and Charlene had done everything she could for her. What really touched me is when I also received a sympathy card also. A lot of people would not take the time out to do so.
