Aspenwing charges unfairly and provides poor services. They do not care about your pets. Only profits. I trusted the doctor and in return I was not allowed to be with my bird when she died. I asked them to be reasonable with overpriced service that was administered to a small parakeet; in return they shut me down. Do better research before trusting in these vets. My experience was horrible and I lost my best friend!

To whom it may concern, Dr. Chappell is very considerate of making sure you and your pet is safe at all times. When working on exotic/avian pets it can be costly due to the severe conditions they are in when Dr. Chappell evaluates them. It is very unfortunate that your Parakeet was in bad condition that she did not survive. We are very sorry for your loss and wish that you would speak with Dr. Chappell or our practice manager directly regarding the situation.
