This used to be a fantastic practice. The vets still care but the front staff don't. I left after taking my dogs there for 8 years when a front staff person lied to me and to the vet, putting my dog at risk. The high prices used to be worth it but not any more.

The only thing that matters to this place is money. They expect you to implied policies that aren't stated in paperwork. Had to do my vacs over because of this. Was basically told too bad because I didn't get the implied info that wasn't in paperwork. No customer service. Took 2 phone calls and a visit too owner before manager would call me who also told me too bad. Don't go here they don't care about you.
