In my opioin 2 out of the doctors are not compassionate/caring to owners and exotic care - diffently going elsewhere she was treated badly and no respect to owner, Ultrasound treatment will send to Berwyn Hospital that is where they sent me and my pet. they have the machine and not broken at the time, why?

The Worse Service, I felt my pet is just a number, gives you the impression they care, They are all running around - I was paying a bill, call came in, asked about their pet from surgery, She never went in the back to see, just put on hold for awhile took my $$ and then picked it up and said "fine" also the doctors look for a cheap way out instead of getting to the problem at hand, which cost more in the long run,
