This is the most unprofessional clinic in Santa Cruz. The Doctor is a good vet but the staff is horrid. If you want your account to be credited one thing and your credit card to be charged for a different amount go there. The customer is not right here the employee of 14 years is the only right person there. He will be rude and threatning if he thinks he is right and the DR will take his side without an appology
