I am not the dog catcher. I have stumbled across about 9 dogs that have been abandoned and was wondering if Cass County has a dog rescue association? Is there anyone I can call ? Tracy Johnson = Chandlerville, Illinois 414-7793 Please Help...... I have one dog here that was caught up in it's leash around a tree. He is very thin but is a very sweet dog. A bit timid and shy, which I'm sure he's been abused. I bathed him and he didn't growl or put a fight. Any suggestions?
