I live nearly 2 hours away, but I grew up around Ottawa and always took my pets as a kid growing up to you guys. Even as an adult now, I still go to you. Prices are great, treatment is great, I couldn't ask for a better vet. Though I do agree very hard to reach and get through on the phone. :D
