Comments:
They billed me for antibiotics and forgot to give me the antibiotics for my cat. I ended up having to take her to Banfield because her wound reopened due to infection. Terrible service....would never go back and keep in mind they are an independent clinic.

Just overall really lousy customer service. All employees seem abrupt and irritated. Very strange atmosphere.
