Dr. Ternes was our vet for our Persian who got quite sick as she aged with a kidney problem. The entire staff was comforting and supportive as we saw Nicky through her illness, especially Dr. Ternes. When it was time to put our Nicky down, it was a Sunday, Dr. Ternes was there for us and after Nicky slept away, Dr. Ternes left me with her to cry my heart out, I whailed actually. She also made sure I got some of Nicky's hair to keep forever. I cannot say enough about Feline Hospital in Salem!

For the past 20 or so years I travel form the Boston suburbs to Salem for medical care for my cats. Dr. Kathleen Ternes and her colleagues provide A+ care and do so with warmth and compassion. I cannot recommend the Feline Hospital highly enough, and the staff beginning with Dr Ternes are a god-send.

Took my Kitty's there...sent many friends/and anyone I knew there too. 21yrs...Dr. Ternes is Numero Uno when it comes to a Doc..but as a person...well.....she is a Saint..Halo and all.....your my Hero....and well....I have another Kitty...so I will be traveling 70 miles for The Feline Hospital Staff and Dr. Ternes for His care
