I found Dr. Lori Giles office to be one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever seen. The staff is ignorant and rude. I took a cat that I thought was hemorraging and was told that the doctor would return but they were busy. There was a total lack of concern for the sick animal. I left there and went to Smith Animal hospital were the cat received excellent care from a caring and competent staff. Stay away from this place.

These people are very fond of telling people that the kittens they bring in are dying, it's almost like a catchphrase based on my experience.
