Charges are outrageous, they remove your pet from room to do shots and what not, tried charging 250-280 spay for a 46 lb dog, oh and if you want 4 vet techs and 1 real vet handling your animal then this is the place for you. Me I prefer seeing my pet being cared for and prefer one handler instead of 5.
