It took 5 visits to diagnose a simple ear infection. I spent $557 and was given the run around. Once she finally got on ear meds she was back to normal in no time. After this nightmare was over, they made excuse after excuse. I could go on, but won't. It was a horrible experience. I want my money back and am due an apology. The whole situation was so dreadful that I am seriously thinking about sueing.
