My cat Natasha and I were so very pleased with her care while she was a patient at OVR. Everyone at OVR - receptionists, technicians and doctors are so kind and caring and professional and helpful. My family and i and my puppy LOVE this place! The staff is absoutly wonderful. this is a group of people who love their job and it shows! the other reviews were a little upsetting, please remember this is a emergency service, so yes surgery here would be more costly, however they offered to house my charlie and keep her stable untill i could find a place for charlie to have surgery. OAKLAND VET SAVED MY PUPPY S LIFE!!! i for 1 am so thank-ful to have them.
