Great hospital with real caring vets. A little busy but well worth the wait.....

BEWARE!!!! If you love your pets, this hospital does not provide good care. They are neglectful and uncaring towards their patients and their owners. My mother in laws died this morning on her way to Niceville because HER doctor at Parkway Animal Hospital was unavailable after hours and AFTER performing emergency surgery Friday

This hospital does not provide adequete care if you care about your pet. It was bad for our pet that she started labor right before they closed on Thursday so they didn't want to be bothered with her then after doing surgery on Friday they sent her home to soon cuz it was closing time. Their emerecency after hours number is not local and whoevers number it is, doesn't answer. The one surviving puppy died this morning. Guess he's with his mom now!!!!!

Do not take your pets to this hospital. My friends dog was made to wait for vet to arrive in an emergency situation. This dog was bleeding to death. When the animal died in the night, no one called. It wasn't until my friend called after 9:00 the next morning did she find this out. I am telling everyone I know to not take their pets to this place!

Have always seen my animals quickly. They see alot of animals and are the most affordable in the area. If you want a fancy environment, this is not for you, but they are practical and do their job well. They realize people have financial limitations and have always cut through all the fluff and treated my animals. I'm not sure about emergency care situations.

I have been taking my animals to Parkway for almost 5 years now. I have never had any problems with the way they treat me or my pets. The staff is friendly and work as fast as they can to get all the patients seen as quickly as possible. Small down to earth office that doesn't over charge you because of large office.

My puppy broke her arm on a Fri. night and the doc came in after hours to set it and kept her over night. She made a full recovery and it did not break the bank.

Brought in a Puppy that was hit by a car, the people who hit it left it on the side of the road alive. I picked him up and took him here and they took good care of him.

Very Caring, care about the animals and make it affordable so we can give them the vet care they may need. Not in it to get rich, in it because they love animals.. and that all animals should be cared for equallly no matter how much money you have.

The staff is extremely rude and they gouged me out of an additional $48 when I went to pick up my dog. Do not go here. It's worth the extra money to deal with honest people.

Yes you have to wait a little to get to see a vet. Yes they are small, however they are VERY professional and very caring. They were wonderful to deal with when my dog had to have a small growth removed from his neck. They did a fantastic job and it did not cost me an arm and a leg to have it done! The entire staff was wonderful to me. This vet has a wonderful pricing on shots and is swamped with people because of it. Best prices for ANY service in the area. HIGHLY recommend this team!

Budget friendly. True love for your pet, and giving people the ability to care for their beloved pet with affordable care. Sure they are busy, sure you have to wait. Get over it. It's for your pet and your budget. Be patient. You will be rewarded with good care for your pet at a reasonable price. I have taken all my pets here, and will continue to do so.

I've been a loyal customer since the eighty's. With all my cat's and dog's they have done a very good job. Very affordable and efficient will continue to go there. Will recommend them too.

Took my two dogs there to get their boarding shot to get groomed got their place smelled bad small area got back to get the shots they took their syringes and crammed them in my dogs mouth and they both gagged very rude staff

Very thankful for the vet and staff at this hospital. I am out of town and here on vacation. My dog got sick and I needed to find a vet who would see him. The closest vet is in Port St. Joe but the vet there would not see him. So we drove to Panama City stopping at every vet we saw along the way. This is the only vet that was compassion enough to see my dog. Thank you so much.
