These people dont care about you or your pet,..all they want is money. We waited almost a week for some kind of information about our dog, after shelling out 500$ and they never called. My wife had to call them 3 times and all they sent her was a 600$ estimate for anouther office visit. I you care about your pet, dont take them here. I will gladlly drive 100 miles up the valley to find a real vet.
