Be prepared for long waits, slow/ no correction to clerical errors, a constant push for 'extras' to inflate your bill and apathetic staff. Used to be great some 10-12 yrs ago. No more.

The doctors and staff are wonderful. When our Susie was sick with cancer they were so good to her and us. They gave her another year of quality of life. She was happy and playful up to her final days and we decided to let her go. They were so compassionate with her and us. I cannot say enough nice things to say about this animal hospital. As in all medical facilities sometimes you wait, but I feel it is all worth it. There are emergencies that can cause delays.
