staff can be abrupt when busy but mostly are very thoughtful and helpful; Dr. W has been very supportive and informative when our dogs have been ill. The office is very efficient as well.

She misdignosed a dog that was brought in to her. When another vet dignosed the dog properly she accused us of taking another dog in to the other vet? What is that?
