Sometime ago, I took my sweet dog to them to have a benign cyst removed near his tail. I kissed him goodbye, cried and staff assured me he would be fine. Three hrs. later, I was called to tell me he had died while being prepped for surgery! I took in a healthy 6 yo dog for 'elective' surgery and was returned a dead one. I'll never know what REALLY happened...
