Dr. Bower is a superb and conscientious veterinarian and a wonderful, caring human being. Unfortunately, he merged his practice with this group... the staff is negligent, unresponsive, and uncaring. They have no respect for long-term clients, pay no attention to clients' requests, fail to follow through on simple issues, cannot even explain the services. As a result of several "miscommunicatins," I no longer trust the staff to follow through with anything.
